Family Therapy
Family and systemic psychotherapy (also known as family therapy) can help those in close relationships to understand and support each other. It enables family members to express and explore difficult thoughts and emotions safely, understand each other’s experiences and views, appreciate each other’s needs, build on family strengths and work together to make useful changes in their relationships and lives.
Family therapy can help family members work together when something is hurting or just feeling out of sorts.

Art Psychotherapy
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses art as a way to explore and express thoughts, feelings and ideas alongside talking with an art therapist. It aims to reduce distress and improve social, emotional and mental health by promoting insight, self-compassion and a sense of agency and self-worth.
During art therapy, you are supported by an art therapist to use art to express and articulate often complex thoughts and feelings through art making. This may be due to difficult or traumatic experiences that may be hard to talk about.
Art therapy can help people of all ages and at all stages of life, including those whose lives have been affected by difficult personal or cultural experiences, illness and/or disability. You do not need to be skilled in art to benefit from art therapy.

Non-Violent Resistance (NVR)
The NVR Parenting Approach was developed initially to support adults caring for young people presenting with behaviours that concern such as violence, risk-taking, aggression or self-destruction.
The NVR approach is now being used in various contexts, including adoption, communities, SEND, schools and with adults in both direct work and group settings.

Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy (TRET)
TRET works predominantly with the energy centres, integrating traditional psychodynamic psychotherapy with energy psychology. It is beneficial in clearing trauma from the body so that it no longer adversely affects the individual.
